Virgin Indian Hair/Customer Service:  I feel that it is only right to send an email of thanks. I am overjoyed that I have finally found a hair company that actually delivers in terms of quality product, price and placing their customers first. It's been a year since my first Wagmans purchase and I can't believe I'm saying it but a year later it looks better than it did the first time I used it. Now, that is saying a lot not only because with a lot of other hair companies it is the complete opposite (looks great day one and gradually decreases in a few months) but also because the hair I received looked beyond beautiful day 1 but every time I washed it the waves popped, got tighter and became even more luscious, I didn't know that was even possible.

This is the FOURTH time I am using the hair and I am in absolute AWE! I get way too many compliments from a day to day basis that I have rehearsed a line to say when women ask where I bought the hair from. The confidence that this beautiful hair has given me is indescribable, I feel very lucky to have had your company be my first virgin hair purchase, I won't even risk trying another company as I know what I have received from you has been beyond top notch.

Specifically Laura, I must thank you for making my first purchase with you run so smoothly and perfect. I remember I thought I was being too specific with you over the phone but you made me feel comfortable. I remember saying I wanted at least one batch closest to the 19 inches as possible while wanting both batches to be the waviest ones you offered. You delivered. The hair I received was EXACTLY (not an understatement but EXACTLY) what I had asked for. Thank you for that because now I will be a customer for life.
