Ordering/Policies

Ordering:  Please call us in the USA at 215-269-1600 or the Human Hair Direct Line 267-583-1165 if you have any questions or would like to place an order. To contact us by email please fill out the Contact Us Page.

Orders placed before 1PM Eastern Time will go out the same day.  Any orders placed after 1PM are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day.  Please place orders prior to this time if you must have them ship on the same day.  Everyone wants them to arrive on time.

Shipping Method:
  • USA-UPS Ground -$7-10, 3rd Day-$12-18, 2nd Day-$20-25, Next Day-$35-55.  International-UPS is around $60-70, depends on Zip Code and Weight of the package.
  • If you let us know your email address, UPS will email you the tracking number for your order.
  • We must ship orders to the billing address of your credit card. You may add other shipping addresses to your card by contacting your Card bank.

Referral Discount: If you Refer a new customer, we will apply a $10 credit towards your next order. Please have the new customer let us know you referred them.

Payment: We accept Visa and Master Card for all orders and will also accept American Express for orders in excess of $2,500. International Customers may use PayPal for payment if they are a Verified PayPal customer.

Prices and order quantities: The Premium PerfecTress Indian and Virgin Human Hair are sold by the quarter pound and pound. 

Returns and Exchanges:
  • Chemical alterations or modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale make all guarantees null and void. The product will not be returnable. All Sale Items are not returnable.
  • Please call before returning hair to us. The hair must be in the original packaged state. In-store credits are good for 1 year from the date we receive the merchandise. Please keep your packing slip and invoice and return the merchandise in its original condition. Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of Invoice date.
  • If you wish to send back the merchandise for an exchange by mail, please take the package to a local post office or UPS office and return the package to the address shown below. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If necessary, please call 215-269-1600 and our representative will guide you in making the exchange. A. Please send a copy of the packing slip when returning or exchanging. B. If you don't have your packing slip, please write your company name or name, phone number, address and the description of the item you are returning on a slip of paper along with your account number.
