Im not going to lie when I got the hair in the mail I was mortified...I didn't know what to do...but my stylist washed it and the hair looked lovely...I would of liked more curls but I am very much satisfied...I have it barrel curled and the curls are bouncy and light...and even as I run my fingers thru the hair I've had 4 pieces come out....and I didn't bond the track...and this was a great investment so I am happy it didn't shed...and when I say investment I mean u can reuse and reuse and oh ya did I say reuse.  As for customer service when I say satisfied that's what I mean...Laura and Michele are the best...I called Laura again I got the hair and was scared she reassured me if it wasn't to my needs I could return the hair.  And shipping! OMG... I ordered Monday @11 my hair was in my hand TUESDAY 12! Talk about shipping fast...I'd recommend to anyone looking for great quality hair and good customer service.  I'll be ordering in about 4yrs.
