Anything you submit, including videos, comments, photos, reviews, suggestions and ideas, become the rights of Wagman Primus and may be used outside of the Site, including, but not limited to, in Wagman Primus brochures, advertisements, and other similar media, to promote Wagman Primus.  Photos will not be altered or enhanced in any way.  Photos will not appear on any other sites which are not related to Wagman Primus.

You agree that these Terms for Posting Content to Site may be assigned by Wagman Primus in its sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you.  You further agree that your assent to these Terms for Posting Content to Site is personal and you may not assign this Agreement to any person or entity.

No agency, association, partnership or joint venture between you and Wagman Primus is intended or created by these Terms for Posting Content to Site.

These Terms for Posting Content to Site along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policyon http://dev.wagmanhair.com constitute the complete agreement between you and Wagman Primus and supersedes all previous communications, representations, proposals, or agreements, either oral or written, with respect to the Site and any information, materials, products, services, or content available through the Site.  If a provision contained in these Terms for Posting Content to Site conflict with any provision in the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, then the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall govern.
